PENDAMPINGAN ADMINISTRASI SEKOLAH BERBASIS DIGITAL SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS (SMA) DI WILAYAH KACABDIN II LAMPUNG

Abstract
The Digital-Based School Administration Assistance Program was carried out in the Kacabdin II Lampung region to enhance the digital competencies of teachers and administrative staff in managing school administration using technology. The activity was conducted through three stages—planning, implementation, and evaluation using interactive lectures, hands-on practice, and field mentoring methods. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and skills: 92% of participants were satisfied with the material, 88% felt more confident using digital applications, and 80% of schools began implementing digital administrative systems for archiving and reporting. This assistance program effectively strengthened digital literacy, improved work efficiency, and encouraged the adoption of modern administrative systems in schools. It is expected to serve as a sustainable model for other schools in Lampung to develop adaptive and technology-oriented educational governance.
