PELATIHAN PENINGKATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MENARIK BERBASIS GOOGLE CLASSROOM BAGI GURU DI SMA N 1 KELUMBAYAN BARAT

Abstract

The Google Classroom-Based Learning Media Improvement Training for teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Kelumbayan Barat aims to empower teachers to create interactive, creative, and relevant digital learning media. The training involved 20 teachers from various subjects and utilized hands-on workshop methods, group discussions, and experience sharing. Evaluation results showed significant improvements in creativity, interactivity, material relevance, and multimedia use. Teachers who were previously unfamiliar with Google Classroom are now able to create virtual classes, upload materials, create interactive assignments and quizzes, and effectively incorporate multimedia. Participant feedback indicates that the training is beneficial, improves digital skills, and motivates teachers to implement innovative learning media in the classroom. This training makes a real contribution to teacher empowerment, improves the quality of learning, and strengthens digital competencies in the modern education era.
