However, the manual attendance system that is still used at SDN 1 South Pringsewu is considered less efficient, prone to errors, and requires a long recap time. This community service activity aims to socialize and introduce an automatic attendance system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) to teachers and education staff. The implementation method is carried out in a participatory manner through the stages of coordination, installation of RFID devices, socialization, training, simulation of use, and evaluation. The results showed that all teachers successfully used the RFID system independently, and there was a significant improvement in the aspects of attendance time efficiency (from 20% to 95%), data accuracy (from 40% to 98%), and user participation (reaching 100%). This activity not only has an impact on improving the quality of attendance administration, but also builds awareness of the importance of using digital technology in the primary education environment. This program can be used as a replication model for other schools that face similar obstacles.
Sri Ipnuwati, Siti Mukodimah Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal PkM Pemberdayaan Masyarakat https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://www.jurnalpkmpemberdayaan.yhmm.or.id/index.php/PkMLP3K/article/view/166 Thu, 16 Oct 2025 00:00:00 +0000 PEMBERDAYAAN KELOMPOK WANITA TANI MARDI LUHUR MELALUI PELATIHAN PRODUKSI PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR https://www.jurnalpkmpemberdayaan.yhmm.or.id/index.php/PkMLP3K/article/view/136
This Community Service Program (PPM) was implemented with the aim of improving the insight and skills of members of the Mardi Luhur Women Farmers Group (KWT), Kepuh, Pacarejo, Gunung Kidul, in utilizing household organic waste into Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC). Partners still face several major obstacles, namely the accumulation of organic waste that has not been properly managed, minimal understanding regarding environmentally friendly behavior, and limited access to simple waste processing technology. The activity was carried out in three stages: preparation (including surveys and coordination), implementation (POC production training and practical assistance), and evaluation (pre-test, post-test, and questionnaire distribution). A total of 20 participants were actively involved and showed high enthusiasm. The evaluation results indicated an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in processing organic waste into POC. In addition, this activity was considered beneficial because it was able to support sustainable agricultural practices, reduce environmental pollution, and open up opportunities to increase family economic value. Thus, this program is expected to be a starting point in forming green behavior and strengthening the independence of KWT in supporting food security at the local level.
Sri Rahayu, Marjuki Marjuki, Setiyawami Setiyawami Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal PkM Pemberdayaan Masyarakat https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://www.jurnalpkmpemberdayaan.yhmm.or.id/index.php/PkMLP3K/article/view/136 Thu, 16 Oct 2025 23:33:01 +0000 PENDAMPINGAN ADMINISTRASI SEKOLAH BERBASIS DIGITAL SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS (SMA) DI WILAYAH KACABDIN II LAMPUNG https://www.jurnalpkmpemberdayaan.yhmm.or.id/index.php/PkMLP3K/article/view/167
The Digital-Based School Administration Assistance Program was carried out in the Kacabdin II Lampung region to enhance the digital competencies of teachers and administrative staff in managing school administration using technology. The activity was conducted through three stages—planning, implementation, and evaluation using interactive lectures, hands-on practice, and field mentoring methods. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ understanding and skills: 92% of participants were satisfied with the material, 88% felt more confident using digital applications, and 80% of schools began implementing digital administrative systems for archiving and reporting. This assistance program effectively strengthened digital literacy, improved work efficiency, and encouraged the adoption of modern administrative systems in schools. These conditions hinder sustainable business growth, reduce product competitiveness, and limit the potential of Tapis as a cultural tourism attraction in Pringsewu Regency. Through this community service program (PkM), the team implemented a series of activities including the socialization of business management and product innovation, financial administration training, business master plan development, and creative design workshops aimed at increasing the market value of Tapis products. In addition, the application of e-commerce technology was introduced to expand market reach, accompanied by organizational problem-solving assistance for KPU Mahan Tapis and an evaluation to measure program outcomes. This program was also designed with a sustainability strategy, enabling artisans to continuously innovate, manage their businesses professionally, strengthen digital marketing, and preserve Tapis as a symbol of local cultural identity.
Muhamad Musihudin, Dian Puspita, Miswan Gumanti, Dlofa Roziq Roihansyah Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal PkM Pemberdayaan Masyarakat https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://www.jurnalpkmpemberdayaan.yhmm.or.id/index.php/PkMLP3K/article/view/178 Tue, 21 Oct 2025 02:45:57 +0000 PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DAN GURU DALAM PENCEGAHAN TINDAKAN PERUNDUNGAN DI LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH SMP ALAM KIAI MAROGAN PALEMBANG https://www.jurnalpkmpemberdayaan.yhmm.or.id/index.php/PkMLP3K/article/view/180
This community service activity was carried out by lecturers and students of the Satya Negara Palembang School of Administrative Sciences (STIA) as part of fulfilling the obligations of the Tridharma of Higher Education, especially in the aspect of community service. Efforts to empower the community and teachers in preventing bullying in SMP Alam Kiai Marogan Palembang must be carried out because it concerns the safety, mental health, and the future of the younger generation. Schools need to act quickly by involving teachers, parents, and the community to create a safe learning environment, respect for differences, and foster positive character in students. The phenomenon of bullying in schools is a serious challenge that impacts the learning climate, mental health, and character of students. Efforts to prevent bullying in the school environment can be carried out through empowering the community and school elements by active collaboration between the school, community, and family. Teachers play a role as facilitators of character formation and upholding the values of empathy, while the community plays a role in creating a safe and supportive social environment. Educational programs, religious activities, and social skills training are effective means of building collective awareness of the dangers of bullying. This activity concludes that integrated community and teacher empowerment can create an inclusive, harmonious, and violence-free school culture and can serve as a model for community-based bullying prevention in another schools.
Dian Novita Fajar Sari, Antartila Rezki Aziz, Aryanisila Aryanisila, Fina Dian Arini, Citra Iasha, Sunarto Sunarto Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal PkM Pemberdayaan Masyarakat https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 https://www.jurnalpkmpemberdayaan.yhmm.or.id/index.php/PkMLP3K/article/view/180 Mon, 27 Oct 2025 00:50:36 +0000 PEMBERDAYAAN KARANG TARUNA CAHAYA BHAKTI DALAM PENGUATAN IMPLEMENTASI KAWASAN TANPA ROKOK DAN OPTIMALISASI POSYANDU REMAJA https://www.jurnalpkmpemberdayaan.yhmm.or.id/index.php/PkMLP3K/article/view/182
This Community Service Program aims to empower Karang Taruna Cahaya Bhakti as agents of change in the development of Smoke-Free Areas (KTR) and the implementation of Youth Integrated Health Posts (Posyandu) in Pencengan Hamlet, Kedundang, Temon, Kulon Progo, DIY.
